3D Modelling gained wide adoption in Europe in 2009 and we have been actively involved with this technology since 2012, We were ‘BIM technicians’, ‘Architectural Technologists’ and ‘BIM coordinators’ for a range of small and unknown to top AJ 15 companies, actively modelling and working for these practices before the inception of OZ to deliver award winning projects for them which we now aim to showcase under the banner of OZ Technology.

Absolutely! We offer an inclusive revision process to ensure your drawings and visuals perfectly align with your vision.

Here's how it works:

• Draft drawings: We'll create the first set of drawings based on your brief and instructions for your review and feedback.

• Preliminary drawings: After the draft comments, we'll make the changes from your review and feedback, when these drawings are ready they are sent for minor comments and refinements.

• Official set of drawings: When all the commenting is complete we will issue the drawings under the official status in PDF and DWG formats. Fit to be submitted to regulatory bodies or coordination with consultants.

• Revised drawings: Our workflow includes 1 revision after the official set of drawings that can be utilised to respond to planners, respond to additional comments from Building Control or anything that is decided this revision to be utilised for.

• Subsequent Revisions: Any further revisions beyond the stated are feed per hour.

3D Modelling adds volume to AutoCAD giving it the benefits of the 3rd Dimension, producing drawings in 3D provides:

• Clashes - noticing them becomes easier in 3D enabling a fix in the design stages;

We can continue listing benefits as it’s really not limited to these. Important thing to remember is that 3D Modelling is the tool enabling the current stage of Architectural evolution and we can navigate these waters with you.

Knowing 3D Software is always a benefit, but no experience is totally fine, that’s why we are here. It doesn’t matter if you’re used to AutoCAD or even hand sketching, we as the Technologists navigate your model for you, we meet online and go through the model together, if you need a drawing we produce it, if you need .dwg formats to send to consultants, we export them for you. In short, we deal with the drawings and enable you to deal with your client and project knowing the Technicals of the project are taken care of.

Our biggest priority is providing a high-quality service and product. We want to continue working with you, it makes sense that doing a good job where you're left happy will give us the best chance at that.

That being said we are commitment to OZ and the goals we are actively working on to achieve CIAT and ISO9001 certificate accreditations.

Our drafting experience spans further than 15 years where we held our first rapidographs in 2008 and have tailored all of the line style techniques and fundamentals we’ve learned over the last 15 years to our modern age work now.

The strengths of a 3D model are most apparent in the technical stages after concept. A project can find use being modelled as early as 'RIBA stage 2 - Concept Design' , but we find a 3D model's strength shines best Planning stages and onwards.

Certainly, we can use your existing architectural plans as a starting point, building a model based on the drawings you provide, we'll exclude creating the existing drawings and only focus on the proposed which will keep the fee lower!

.PDF, .DWG (AutoCAD) and .RVT (Revit)

Unfortunately we can't, we can use them as reference, but we draft only using Revit.

We are conscious every single designer or company wants their title sheet on their designs and we have no problem accommodating this. We'll just include our logo for brand acknowledgment at a corner of the drawing.

Our Drafting is tailored for the Approved Documents in England and Wales, and the Technical handbook for Scotland, any other requirement can be taken into account but will need to be provided during the brief stage for the inclusion in the drawing package.

We are a young company we want to make sure we do this right, the sectors we will focus on initially are Domestic and Residential projects so we can provide the best we can for our clients.

Since our inception in November 2022, we've been trusted to work on some 20+ small extensions to multimillion new builds across the UK!

We mainly use Autodesk Revit to create our models and drawings.
