Unfortunately we can't, we can use them as reference, but we draft only using 3D Modelling.

Unfortunately, as we are a young company we want to make sure we do this right, the sectors we focus on are Domestic and Residential so we can provide the best we can for our clients.

Q: Can you work on our title sheets or do you have title sheets of your own?

We would highly recommend our title sheets as we have worked hard to make them adaptive to work great with 3D Modelling. Having said that, we can accommodate using your title sheets, if they're in AutoCAD we will have a small charge converting them to 3D Modelling.

What is your experience with drafting architectural drawings?

Our drafting experience spans further than 15 years where we held our first rapidographs in 2008 and have tailored all of the line style techniques and fundamentals we’ve learned over the last 15 years to our modern age work now.

What formats can you provide the drawings in?

.PDF, .DWG (AutoCAD) and .RVT (Revit)

Can you work on our title sheets or do you have title sheets of your own?

We are conscious every single designer or company wants their title sheet on their designs and we have no problem accommodating this. We'll just include our logo for brand acknowledgment at a corner of the drawing.

Do you offer revisions and adjustments to the drawings after the initial draft?

Absolutely! We offer an inclusive revision process to ensure your drawings and visuals perfectly align with your vision.

Here's how it works:

Draft drawings: We'll create the first set of drawings based on your brief and instructions for your review and feedback.
Preliminary drawings: After the draft comments, we'll make the changes from your review and feedback, when these drawings are ready they are sent for minor comments and refinements.
Official set of drawings: When all the commenting is complete we will issue the drawings under the official status in PDF and DWG formats. Fit to be submitted to regulatory bodies or coordination with consultants.
Revised drawings: Our workflow includes 1 revision after the official set of drawings that can be utilised to respond to planners, respond to additional comments from Building Control or anything that is decided this revision to be utilised for.
Subsequent Revisions: Any further revisions beyond the stated are feed per hour.

Can you produce drawings in accordance with various building codes and standards?

Our Drafting is tailored for the Approved Documents in England and Wales, and the Technical handbook for Scotland, any other requirement can be taken into account but will need to be provided during the brief stage for the inclusion in the drawing package.
